I work with individuals and teams navigating change and complexity — particularly around work, leadership, and purpose.
As a coach, consultant, and facilitator, I help clients find creative ways to move through uncertainty and challenges with clarity and confidence.
My work is shaped by more than twenty years in nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, where I led teams, managed complex projects, and worked across multiple stakeholders including foundations, corporations, and government agencies. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to lead through ambiguity, balance competing demands, and build something meaningful in outcome-driven environments.
Central to my approach is the conviction that performance and well-being aren't competing priorities — and that sustaining both takes intention. A longtime meditator, athlete, and aspiring artist, I bring a disciplined yet flexible perspective into my work with clients, using an integral, whole-person methodology to design engagements that lead to tangible, lasting results.
I'm a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Focusing Trainer in Training through The International Focusing Institute (TIFI). I hold a BA in History from Brown University and a Masters in Education from Manhattanville College. I live in Providence, Rhode Island with my wife and son.
Values & Influences
In a world full of speed and complexity, the most skillful move is often to slow down, simplify, and get honest about what matters.
Take life seriously and lighten up — enjoyment can exist alongside a vigorous commitment to reality and truth.
How we communicate matters - effective relationships start with seeing ourselves clearly and empathetically.
Influences: Integral Coaching, Focusing, Leadership Embodiment, Polarity Work, Recovery, Mindfulness/Meditation.
Approach
Whether I'm working with an individual, a group, or a team, my approach focuses on the practical and doable — meeting people exactly where they are and addressing specific challenges or aspirations. I help uncover blind spots so that you see your situation more clearly and move toward your potential. The work is also deep and sustained, exploring recurring patterns, supporting development over time, and building the capacity for lasting change.
As an integral coach and facilitator, I actively participate in my own personal development. I believe the quality of my presence and self-awareness directly shapes the quality of my work — so I show up having done, and continuing to do, my own work.
I believe in your intelligence. I create the space to clarify what’s most important and chart a clear course of action. I'll show up as your enthusiastic ally, dependable sounding board, and thoughtful partner.
