-Provide one-on-one executive coaching for senior leaders
-Coach teams to improve alignment, communication, and shared accountability
-Support succession planning and leadership transitions, working with outgoing and incoming leaders
-Design and facilitate workshops and retreats focused on team development, reflection, and planning
-Mediate conflict and support difficult conversations when communication is strained
Strategic Planning
-Design and facilitate strategic planning processes tailored to the organization’s size, stage, and capacity
-Develop or refine theories of change and logic models to clearly articulate impact and priorities
-Support leadership and boards in setting realistic, mission-aligned strategic goals
-Establish implementation basics so strategic plans move from paper to practice
Board Development & Governance
-Conduct board assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
-Clarify board and staff roles, responsibilities, and decision-making boundaries
-Facilitate board meetings, workshops, and trainings based on specific governance needs
-Develop board recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs and future direction
-Support organizations in addressing complex governance challenges, including restructuring when existing models no longer fit and navigating conflict
Program Impact & Evaluation
-Refine program theory to ensure alignment between mission, activities, and outcomes
-Design evaluation approaches and metrics that are practical, meaningful, and funder-ready
-Support program scaling, adaptation, or sunsetting based on learning and strategic priorities
-Design pilot programs and learning frameworks to test new ideas before broader implementation
