ReFraming Work, ReClaiming Purpose

Meet Alex

Why This Coaching Group?

Coaching Experience to Align Your Work, Energy, and Impact

This coaching group is designed to reshape your relationship with work— so that you experience more authenticity, fulfillment, and sustainability while also having more energy for the rest of your life.

Its for people who want to bring more energy and clarity into their work without sacrificing other parts of life.

What You’ll Gain

Through a combination of deep reflection, experiential practices, and practical action, you’ll walk away with:

  • More Clarity on how you want to engage with work

  • Increased Momentum toward meaningful change or expansion

  • New Frameworks for balancing ambition with well-being

  • Effective Tools & Insights to sustain your growth long after the course ends

A Different Kind of Coaching Experience

This is not another course filled with formulas, gimmicky productivity hacks, asynchronous learning models you complete on your own, or traditional career advice. Instead, it takes an integrative, experiential, reflective, and action-oriented approach. In a group setting, you’ll engage with proven practices and perspectives drawn from:

  • Focusing (the work of Eugene Gendlin) – Accessing deeper wisdom beyond just intellect

  • Creating Work You Love (the work of Rick Jarow) – Alternative perspectives on work, purpose, and fulfillment

  • Mindfulness & Presence (the work of Pema Chödrön, Tara Brach, Thich Nhat Hanh) – Cultivating practices that build resilience, clarity, and trust

  • Energy & Time - Work-Life Alignment (work of Tony Schwartz) – Finding a work-rest rhythm that works;, managing your energy, not your time

  • Integral Coaching (work of New Ventures West) – A whole-person approach to coaching - integrating mind, body, and spirit

This course gives you the space, tools, and guidance to rethink what work means in your life and how you want to engage with it moving forward.

Who This Is For

This course is designed for smart, curious people who care deeply about their work and the world—and who recognize that pushing, grinding, or forcing won’t get them where they want to go. You may want to be more effective in your current work or in the middle of a work transition. This course is for you if you:

  • want to pursue your mission, work, or projects with more energy

  • find yourself overworking or procrastinating and know that you’d like to make some shifts in these tendencies

  • are searching for a more sustainable and fulfilling approach to your work

  • understand and appreciate the power of community - you realize that pursuing change with others is different than doing it on your own.

  • don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You need space to assess, clarify, reset, and be inspired into action.

What Clients Say about Working with Alex

  • Alex has a great balance of curiosity, care and engagement. I really appreciated the relational space in sessions and the feeling that we were always having a deep and flexible dialogue. With Alex's guidance, I learned techniques and framings that now make it easier for me to tap into different pieces of myself and bring a greater span of wisdom to questions in my life, both big and small. I now have a daily reflective/meditative practice that is a huge additional support to my more typical analytical approach, and I feel a greater ease and comfort navigating challenges in my life as a result.

    - Jesse Kriss, Head of Security, Infrastructure, and IT at Watershed. San Francisco, CA.

  • I really appreciated that Alex was in it with me and could help me better see what I was doing and what I wasn’t doing. He’s a fantastic listener and asked questions that allowed me to gain better clarity. It was a very practical, experiential approach that enabled me to try different things and I really appreciated that.

    - Jim Schuch Strategy Director, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Los Angeles, CA

  • Having Alex as a coach helped me in ways that are hard to capture in a few sentences, but I will try. From the start, I felt an incredible sense of comfort and ease with him. He helped me reframe how I see myself and to tap into inner strengths I did not know I possessed. Alex guided me through a process of self-discovery and personal growth, and did so in a way that created a natural and authentic connection. He suggested many ideas for helping me to imagine what my life, personal and professional, could be like and provide me with practical tools to bring those to fruition. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alex to anyone considering hiring a coach.

    - Yonah David, Senior Account Manager. Causewatch, Israel

  • My session with Alex opened up a lot of great material to explore. He helped me feel immediately comfortable and seemed to "get" me right off the bat. He has a wonderfully intuitive approach that took me much deeper than I've been able to go with many other therapists and coaches. I recommend Alex for anyone looking for coaching and personalized practices that go beyond the mind to our deeper influences and longings.

-Nancy Alder, Integrative Clinic Manager. San Rafael, California

  • Alex listens closely and asks key questions that point you in the direction of your truth. He has knowledge of, and access to, outside resources that can guide you on your path. (Books, courses, teachers, etc) Just tell him what you want and he will help you re/frame it, and possibly achieve it!

-Shira Sergant, Professor & Communications Professional. Los Angeles, California

  • I found it was really beneficial to set aside some dedicated time for myself to talk through what I was thinking and feeling on a day-to-day basis. I always uncover a lot during coaching sessions. Having Alex guide the conversation helped me sort through all the noise and get to the root of what I'm feeling.

-Beth Evans, Event Planner & Business Owner. Ottawa, Canada

  • With his compassionate, open, insightful, and grounding approach, Alex asked so many spot-on, dig-deep questions to help me think about my issue at hand in new ways and immediately gain new perspectives. I loved that he used a variety of techniques with me, from guiding me through coaching questions to reflections, re-framing, and collaborative action planning, as well as a creative guided meditation / visualization exercise that was incredibly powerful and impactful for me. Alex let me go as far as I could on my own, and then offered new ideas of how to move forward to keep my momentum going. Thank you, Alex!

-Chelsea Fonden, Learning and Development Manager. New York, NY

  • Alex is a great listener and truly tailored the coaching experience to my specific needs and personality. He respectfully pushed me out of my comfort zone to help make positive leaps forward in my progress and always had helpful feedback and suggestions. I enjoyed my coaching experience very much and would recommend Alex to anyone looking to gain more insight into themselves and ways to accomplish your goals.
